These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website rubyplius.lt (the "Website"), operated by UAB RubyPlius (company code 306303110, VAT LT100018437914), Kalvarijų g. 176-55, LT-08205 Vilnius, Lithuania ("RubyPlius", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Website or sending us a request through any form on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Subject

The Website provides information about our software engineering services (Ruby on Rails development and upgrades, AI implementation and healthcare software) and lets you contact us. Information on the Website is provided for general purposes only and does not constitute an offer, a binding quotation or professional advice. Any services are provided only under a separate written agreement between you and UAB RubyPlius; if such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

2. Use of the Website

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or third-party information without permission through our forms;
• send spam, malicious code or automated requests, or try to interfere with the operation or security of the Website;

When you send us a request through a form on the Website, we process the data you provide (such as your name, email address and message) to respond to you and, where applicable, to prepare and provide our services. By ticking the consent box in a form you confirm that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the Website after a change means that you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer living in the EU or the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
